Chapter 14 -- The Police-y Staff [Edited!]
How could have he possibly said it without being forced? He still didn’t seem like that type of person. Okay, I’m still on about something that is over a week old now, but… I don’t know. I wish… I wish it all was how it was before. After having my daily complaints, I got back onto PC. The default skin was Midnight Misty. I’m sure I had set my settings to Blue Variant… oh well, I’m fine with that other skin anyway. The forum had been re-arranged, for example, Off Topic Discussion was up the top whilst Official forums and Creative discussion were last. They contained different forums within them too, Off Topic Discussion, for example, had a spam section in Other Chat, and Other Voting Polls had Pokémon Voting Polls. Then, finally, there was an extra one called “Extra” but the section wasn’t viewable… strange. There was no real reason to change the forum around like that. And, in the drop down menu, who’s online was relocated, to the bottom. I think PC’s stuffed up its most prioritised forums. Most of the memories of the past had now seemed improbable to have happened, since all these changes came in. New posts were fine though, no edits, no new announcements, but PC had this thing, where they just changed things suddenly, without consulting anybody. Unusually enough, I saw a post in a thread by Marz, and one by Murderface, but the database was stuffing up, even before I had left for a week. The count to infinity maintained activity though, aside from the continual database errors faced upon everyone. It almost seemed as if the count to infinity was too active, it reached nine pages over night, which was quite freaky, considering only sixty eight new numbers had been posted, which meant that unless my settings stuffed up bad, we’ve got a mystery. Even stranger, was that Ryouki, Shika, and Macy were posting over night… and they had about the same time zones as me. Did day change to night and night change to day? And, plus, they weren’t even normally active. Okay, now I’m exaggerating… I’ll just stalk people until I find something good. Suddenly then, I remembered that person who was on BF last year, The Prophet of Truth… I didn’t actually find out who the person was, but I found out enough that I could stalk with. All we knew then, was that the person was apart of PC… a couple of months ago though, we discovered that the person joined in 2005, AND had posted in the Daily Chit Chat many times. Oh, who could that possibly be? I had a few suspects in mind definitely, but I wasn’t too sure that it would be any of them… though; I did think that the person was involved in something important… now forgetting what this person intended to do, I decided to have a look at what Marz and Murderface supposedly posted. After a quick look, it was definitely database errors fault, the links were failures. Murderface and Marz were funny… after what had happened last year, just before Christmas… I think that’s why they both went to a life of crime. Kenji logged onto BF, with his usual complaints, except, today, it wasn’t about his life… it was about somebody else’s. The complaining was about rights… and what he didn’t deserve, well, what he did deserve in a way. Earlier yesterday, Kenji got banned from PC, the reason was because… at PC, he created a thread, simply complaining about the lack of any care for the members. This is because recently, since I’ve returned, people were getting banned for simple offences, such as breaking the four word rule. I had an idea who was in on this though, and it definitely wasn’t anybody who was actually nice. Within the next two hours, I actually could view valid posts of the two that were meant to be dead… complaining that PC sucked, and yet they didn’t get banned. Strangely, a staff member even posted in the thread created, agreeing with Marz and Murderface. The accounts could have been hacked though, so I didn’t completely rule out that idea yet… wouldn’t it be actually funny, if they both didn’t die in the explosion, and escaped, plotting something against PC? In that case I wouldn’t really care… I hadn’t cared as much as I did about PC before… something was about to happen to PC though, and they seemed to be the likely people that were involved. The only other person that could’ve plotted something was… Alex. But… the evil streak was only just shown, so maybe… wait! Murderface wouldn’t try anything because he would’ve known he was suspected, unlike Marz, who had a guilt free conscience. Then again, I forgot, he was only the dumb sidekick, not capable of anything… Murderface must have other friends though… and so must Marz. They each have a reason to hate PC, well, Marz does at least. Murderface… has been happy with PC, well, was… but he must’ve had something against the members, or some random reason to originally want to kill. Then again… there were many other people that had things against PC, maybe Murderface was trying to protect something at PC, then Marz got in the way… which, by taking the dumb sidekick role, Marz prevented any suspicions being laid on him… and then, Murderface took on the evil role because he didn’t want to get hurt, and he still wanted to protect a cause, while Marz was the real mastermind? But if that was right… they would have told me so… and then killed me. Actually, I don’t think I’d want to know what their intentions are.
